Access to Your Property
All deliveries are kerbside only. Whether the driver can bring goods onto your property is at the hauling company's discretion.
Standard deliveries use an 18-tonne vehicle (2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long, including tail lift). Where possible, goods are moved using a pallet pump truck.
Restricted Access
Restricted access vehicles are for kerbside delivery only and cannot enter your property. Please only select this option at checkout if absolutely necessary. A 12-tonne vehicle may be used depending on availability (approx. 2.8m wide x 3.4m high x 7.5m long, or 9.3m with tail lift).
Please be aware that vehicle curtain sides can be damaged by overhanging trees or shrubs.
Restricted Access Load Limit
The restricted access vehicle can carry a maximum of 780 kg. Larger orders will be dispatched on an 18-tonne vehicle.
Delivery Restrictions
All vehicles require a flat, firm surface to operate the tail lift safely. We are unable to deliver to locations with:
- Grass surfaces
- Slopes or inclines
- Gravel
- Kerb lips or steps
Failed Deliveries & Cancellations
Please ensure you provide a phone number that can be reached during your delivery window. If we cannot make contact, the pallet may be returned to the depot.
A redelivery charge of £20 + VAT per pallet applies for each failed delivery attempt — whether that is because no one was available to receive it, or the location did not meet our requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery point complies with our instructions. If in doubt, please contact us before your delivery date.
If an order needs to be returned or cancelled after dispatch, a charge of up to £60 + VAT per pallet may apply.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Delivered within 4 working days. During busy periods this may extend to 5 working days.
Premium Delivery
Order before 12 noon on a working day for next working day delivery. An additional fee applies, calculated at checkout.
Timed Delivery
Choose a preferred delivery window:
- 8am – 12 noon
- 12 noon – 4pm
Peak Periods
Christmas orders must be placed at least one week before 21st December to guarantee delivery before the holiday.
Parcel Deliveries
Parcel delivery is now available. This option will be shown at checkout where applicable.
