We aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service for all kiln-dried logs and fuel products. Please read the information below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:
 • Local delivery areas (as advertised on our website)
 • Wider UK mainland delivery for selected products


Delivery availability, pricing, and timescales are shown at checkout or confirmed at order stage.

2. Delivery Times

 • Local deliveries: Typically 1–5 working days
 • Pallet or courier deliveries: Typically 3–7 working days
 • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high seasonal demand

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless confirmed in writing.

3. Delivery Method

Depending on your order, deliveries may be made via:
 • Our own delivery vehicles
 • Pallet networks
 • Third-party couriers

Large items such as bulk bags, crates, or loose loads are delivered kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.

4. Access & Delivery Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
 • Safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles
 • Clear instructions are provided at checkout
 • Delivery locations are accessible (hardstanding where required)

We cannot carry goods through properties, gardens, steps, or narrow access points unless agreed in advance.

5. Failed or Aborted Deliveries

Additional charges may apply for:
 • Failed delivery attempts
 • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
 • No safe access to the delivery location

Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.

6. Delivery Acceptance

By accepting delivery, you confirm that:
 • The goods have been delivered in satisfactory condition
 • The delivery location and quantity are correct

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

7. Damage or Shortages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
 • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
 • Provide clear photos of the goods and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the matter.

8. Weather & Seasonal Demand

Delivery schedules may be affected by:
 • Adverse weather conditions
 • Peak demand periods (autumn/winter)

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Storage After Delivery


Once delivered, responsibility for correct storage of logs passes to the customer.
We recommend keeping logs covered, dry, and well-ventilated.
